This is what goes on in the Swiss justice system, and used to avail criminality and corruption by authorities to go on. It goes against any Swiss to believe that they might be wrong. The overwhelming evidence, some 500 hours of it, refused and rejected by their justice system in favour of loose-ends, false claims and false evidence carefully crafted by the Swiss.
In our modern societies, when a mother or women says, we follow blindly without question. A mother/women would not harm or put in harms way a child. It is baked in our minds from birth.
Yet, if you ask around in the legal system, it is universally accepted but not openly spoken about, that the source of violent separations is mostly the wife/women, that dragging procedures needlessly is mostly done by women, that destroying parental relationships is usually done by mothers, etc.
When we look at sexual violence on children, we always point to the men. Yet there is a substantial portion of sexual abuse on children which stems from and is executed by women/mothers, and goes undiscovered due to the societal omerta on the subject.
What if we dared to objectify, and measure, violence by women against men and children in the same way that violence by men against women is?
I am by no means minimising the by society well documented and established notion that women can be victims of violence by men. But why don't we dare examine the other way around? Men and children can just as much be victims of women. Violence by women goes mainly unnoticed, undocumented, and it would be against our ... intuition ... ?
