Swiss perpetrating authorities threaten victims
It is not the first time the Swiss authorities have threatened me or my children. Today the by court appointed social assistant who needs to ensure my children are presented in his care at 14:00, but violates the court order, threatened me, twice.
As every week a message was again sent today at 14:00 to Mr Schallenberger to find out where my children are. As usual no response came and around 14:15 I called.
This time Mr. Schallenberger, the by court appointed social assistant, was present at his office. The secretary connected the call.
Mr. Schallenberger refused to indicate whether my children had been brought in his care at 14:00 as per the court order. In an aggravating monologue on his behalf, totally unable to listen or hear anything, he disconnected the conversation threatening I would not get to see or speak or have any contact with my children until I would subject to his personal interrogation.
This social assistant has no mandate or authority to interrogate me. His mandate is to ensure my children are presented at 14:00 in his care, and if they are not, it is child kidnapping.
I called again. The secretary refused to confirm whether my children were present or not as per the court order and terminated the call.
I called again, Mr. Schallenberger picked up the phone. This time he confirmed my children had not been presented at 14h in his care as per the court order. He also informed that my children would not be presented in his care as per the court order until such time I would submit to his interrogation, and terminated the call.
Twice threatened by one of the perpetrators, mr. Schallenberger, who is one of: – the international child kidnappers (I have him on recording organising the kidnapping of other children from France); – those who does non assistance of children in danger of sexual abuse (he has dismissed my children's spontaneous saying they are abused when the mother was present and I was not); – those who takes part in the alienation of children (apart from the ongoing contact rights violations, he has heard my children spontaneous telling him in my presence about the psychological alienating tactics of the mother).

Coming back to today, Human Rights and Swiss court order are once again violated.
In addition I as victim have been threatened by a perpetrating Swiss authority. Transnational repression, retaliation and persecution for daring to denounce corruption and criminality by authorities.
These statements, including heinous crimes by Swiss authorities, can be proven by the recordings. Including today's three telephone conversations.
Naturally I wrote, copy below. And as per in weeks past the highest judiciary authority, Arabelle Scyboz, is still blocking from being duly informed of criminality.

All herewith held personally responsible for the ongoing and organised corruption and criminality in international child kidnapping, child sexual integrity violations, child psychological integrity violations, child alienation, victim protection violations, witness protection violations, whistleblower protection violations, arbitrary persecution, transnational repression, discrimination on the basis of language-origin-nationality-gender-membership of social group, denial of justice, violation of access to justice, and other human rights violations as evidenced in the 500 hours recordings and documents, gathered and published for the benefit of justice and the public at large under the universal right to truth principle.
Reiterating all previous correspondences and the demands within.
Is added to the list of child and parental human rights violations by Swiss authorities today, 09.08.2023. Are in the meantime co-responsible by omission to act all those copied to the messages.
In total 20 consecutive weeks of Swiss court ordered contact rights violations due to Swiss authorities arbitrary persecution, transnational repression and racism as per defined in international instruments.

Human Rights and Swiss court order are once again violated, in addition I as victim have been threatened with future continued violation of rights by your perpetrating, criminal and corrupt authorities. These statements, including heinous crimes by your authorities, can be proven by the recordings.
The conversations, disconnections and threats by the authorities as expressed today are also on recording.
All in copy to this correspondence are duly informed, and as such co-responsible for the ongoing rights violations.
I again notify:
I hold personally responsible and accountable as directors of their service Mrs. Graf, Mr Fellrath and Mr. Bussy, fully made aware of the ongoing child sexual and psychological integrity violations as well as the Bern, Geneva, Neuchatel, Jura cantonal and Swiss Federal state for these continuous acts of violence and corruption by the state and its authorities.
Under the universal right to truth, publication of the premeditated criminal acts by the Swiss authorities continues.
Should this correspondence better be addressed by a legal scholar, you are reminded articles 7 to 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and access to justice, are still violated by the Swiss authorities, including yourselves.
