Addendum to who is responsible to act in Swiss Child Sexual Integrity Violations

I didn't include it originally, felt the post was too long. I share a little addendum. A Child Sexual Integrity Violations (CSIV) responsibility overview by Swiss Federal authorities.

Violence envers les enfants et les jeunes: à qui s'adresser? Une personne victime de violence physique ou psychique ou d’abus sexuels a besoin de beaucoup de courage pour en parler. Il est donc important de trouver des interlocuteurs de confiance qui peuvent écouter et intervenir le cas échéant. Différents services de consultation et d’aide spécialisés sont à disposition tant des victimes que des personnes nourrissant des soupçons ou ayant connaissance de cas avérés. Les principaux services officiels compétents en matière de maltraitance infantile dans les cantons sont les offices des mineurs ou les services de protection de l’enfance et de la jeunesse, les centres de consultation pour victimes d’infractions, les autorités de protection de l’enfant et de l’adulte, les services sociaux, les services médicaux ou psychiatriques scolaires, les commissions ou groupes de référence spécialisés dans la protection de l’enfance et, en cas d’urgence grave, les hôpitaux pour enfants et la police. Le psychologue ou le médiateur scolaire, le médecin de famille, l’instituteur ou une personne de confiance peuvent également être contactés dans un premier temps.
We know the state is responsible, and are listed some of the state authorities. Though their details are not listed. Instead, some of the previously discussed private foundations are listed. We've already discussed how the Swiss state defers its responsibility to privately funded foundations in order to not have to deal with CSIV, not have to take its responsibility.
