The Neuchatel Magistrates council by way of its president Arabelle Scyboz, blacklisted correspondence on June 21st 2023, ensuring denunciations of human rights violations by the Neuchatel judicial system could not be received. Then on June 28th all seemed fine, no returned email. Today the president of the Neuchatel justice system highest authority again blacklists correspondence, again ensuring denunciations of human rights violations by the Neuchatel authorities could not be received.
